解决方案：

在终端下用一下命令运行(前提是安装了pip)

sudo pip install virtualenvwrapper --upgrade --ignore-installed six sudo pip install Scrapy --upgrade --ignore-installed six

最后在终端下运行“Scrapy version”，如显示版本信息说明安装完成：

Scrapy 1.4.0 #我当前的版本号
