Once I wont to write something on Project management,but lack of experience,I give up,but Now I think I must sums up all the mistake I have make in the process of my pm life!exactly,I’am not an project manager,but I’am doing Project Mangement now,So I always looking for solid, easy-to-follow advice on project estimation,project requirements gathering,project managing change etc!There are my view:
1)Planning a software project
2)Helping a team estimate its workload
3)Building a schedule
4)Gathering software requirements and creating use cases
5)Improving programming with refactoring, unit testing, and version control
6)Managing project
7)Testing software
