Oracle has revamped its website wrt software downloads so to get
access to jrockit you now need to register and accept the trial
license agreement and make various selections as show below.

Click Continue link in 1st sentence
Register and accept license agreement and exports agreement
On Media Pack Search page:
Select a Product Pack: Oracle Bea
Platform: Microsoft Windows x64 (64-bit)
Click Go
Select Radio button for:
BEA WebLogic Media Pack for Microsoft Windows x64 (64-bit)
Click Continue
On BEA WebLogic Media Pack for Microsoft Windows x64 (64-bit) Page:
Select Download for:
JRockit R27.5.0 for Java SE 6 for Microsoft Windows (64-bit x86)
(or latest version)
(May also need to download license keys)
