首先，转换数据集。按照要求先输入数据头文件，再进行转换。提供了部分转换好的UCI数据集dataSets.tgz（http://cgi.csc.liv.ac.uk/~frans/KDD/Software/LUCS-KDD-DN/DataSets/dataSets.html），已保存至移动硬盘的Experienment目录。
