附Hibernate的session与本地线程绑定的方法：
1.在核心映射文件hibernate.cfg.xml里添加：

jta：Session对象的生命周期与JTA事务绑定
managed：Hibernate委托程序来管理Session对象的生命周期
这里用thread。
2.在HibernateUtils.java添加用本地线程返回session的方法：
