ubuntu16.04系统下谷歌浏览器不能拖入下载好的扩展程序，无法配置翻墙代理。
解决方法：在终端打开谷歌浏览器并输入--enable-easy-off-store-extension-install，在终端中输入：
/opt/google/chrome/google-chrome --enable-easy-off-store-extension-install
输出：

Gtk-Message: GtkDialog mapped without a transient parent. This is discouraged.
就可以添加下载好的扩展程序包了。
