maven下的配置，用maven构建项目的工程都可以用，我用的IDEA
在maven的config下找到setting.xml打开之后找到mirrors替换如下 <mirrors> <!-- mirror | Specifies a repository mirror site to use instead of a given repository. The repository that | this mirror serves has an ID that matches the mirrorOf element of this mirror.
