公司文档服务器使用的是filezilla，在total commander中中文文件名显示为乱码，令人无限懊恼。经查，filezilla中目录名为utf8编码，ghisler老大说在7.5版本才会加入编码的设置，无奈啊。继续google，自行解决之。
解决办法：配置ftp时，在“发送命令”处输入“OPTS UTF8 OFF”，关闭ftp服务器的utf8模式。
测试环境：FileZilla Server version 0.9.31 beta、Total Commander version 7.04a
